To log in to webmai please put your full email address
in as the username, and your assigned password as the password.
In webmail you can set many options, available in the options page.
You can change your password, redirect mail to another address,
and even store files online. Each section has information that will
help you. |

You
can export your Outlook address book and import it into WebMail. |

Open
Outlook, click on contacts, then select the file menu, and import/export.
Select Comma Separated Values ( Windows ) as shown below |

Contacts so that is all you export |

a file location and name - We suggest you save the file as contacts,
on your desktop |

Next log into
WebMail, and select the Address Book tab. Select import address book
and you will see the box below. Pull down the list and change it from
Ability Mail Server to either Outlook, or Outlook express, depending
on which program you exported from. It will then ask you to browse
to the file you saved. If you used the file name contacts as we suggested,
there will be a file on your desktop called contacts.csv Select it
and hit ok. |

of your Outlook contacts will now appear in WebMail |

How
to set Outlook to Automatically Send/Receive when it starts, and
to schedule checks |

Open
Outlook, select tools, options from the main menu at the top.Then
click on the Mail Setup tab |

If
'send immediately when connected' is checked - Outlook will do a send/receive
as soon as it starts. If you click on the Send/Receive button, you
will get a second box open. The box 'Schedule an automatic send/receive
every -- minutes', when checked, will send/receive every # of minutes
selected. Please ensure this is not
set to less than 15 minutes! |
